Shipping policy

All custom products are made to order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks. We strive to get our products out as quickly as possible. Check individual listings for updated lead times, as sometimes we get a rush of orders and fulfillment could be up to 4-6 weeks.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping calculated at checkout. Free local pickup available. For oversized or exceptionally heavy orders that require a custom shipping quote, we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed for shipment.

International Shipping

We ship with Canada Post and UPS, due to the size and weight of our products, international shipping costs can be significant.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Forged Ember is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If your order has shipped and you have not received it within the estimated delivery timeframe provided by the carrier, please contact us at info@forgedember.ca with your name and order number, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
